|Recommended: YesFairs well for the money and convenience. — I really enjoy living here. It has everything that I need and responsible priced . Its extremely convenient to work, town, I95, groceries, eating places, workout places, etc. I have been extremely happy with the staff and all neighbors. Everyone is very friendly.
|Recommended: YesThe community is a decent community, lacks parking — I would recommend Cranberry Run to others as its placed back in a wooded setting, quiet, and clean. Maintenance is timely.
The suggestions that i personally have are as followed
1 Parking availability. There is no parking. There needs to be some sort of assigned parking or parking passes as there are residences specifically from 300-309 where there are more than two cars and all the cars are parked in the front row. Multiple times I have had to park on the other side of stevens circle, or by the office as there is no parking availability This is inconvenient when i need to walk across the whole community with grocery bags, two kids and having to walk to the third to my apartment. There are cars and motorcycles that do not move. The lines also need to be painted again
2 though it is not anything that can be helped I can hear conversations my neighbors have specifically from the master bedroom. I can also hear when people walk up the stairs or open their doors.
3 for the price of the community i would expect more amenities to be included such as a car wash station, a gym, maybe a small clubhouse to get the community more involved.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — so far employees have been great, the move in process was great. Easy. Understandable, staff kept in constant contact. The community and buildings are clean and look great. You see maintenence out and about constantly. Not too much to complain about

I am pleasantly suprised Only bad thing i have to say is that I can hear the neighbors every footstep upstairs, but that just comes with apartment living. amazing deal AND UTILITIES INCLUDED INTO THE PRICE YES Laundry room is small, but they work great and fit huge loads. Love this place already and i'm only 3 days in

|Recommended: YesCranberry Run — Very convenient location. rent goes up every year and now not very affordable. Every unit is not remodeled and doesn't have washer dryer in every unit, which they should have for the price.

|Recommended: YesI like it here — My building is relatively quiet. The management and maintenance staff are all very nice and supportive. I am retired and downsized from a house. I have plenty of room in my two bedroom apartment. I am an avid reader and for the most part it is very quiet. It was noisier at first but management addressed this issue and it is a lot quieter. The improvements to the grounds are lovely. I had one maintenance issue and they came out and resolved it quickly. They are always friendly and kind. I have been here for almost a year and I am staying for another year
